LDG-A

The LDG-A series of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures. The screw clamp terminals are protected against accidental contact in accordance with VDE 0100 Part 570, VDE 0160 Part 100 and VBG 4. Designed for easy installation, these screw terminals can be soldered by wave, allowing the manufacturing of the PCB boards in one step. LDG-S

The LDG-S serie of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures according to the specifications of the machinery and the auto-motive industries. Designed for easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails by integrated snap-on clip. These enclosures facilitate economical device assembly with optimal utilization of space. For the termination of the conductors of the cable 2 enclosure versions are availible: - pluggable terminals for easy servicing and exchange (commercial pin headers on the pcb. - screw terminals for a fixed termination of the conductors. For effective heat dissipation the LDG-S enclosure features a base part with integrated ventilation slots. Closed versions (without ventilation slot) are availible upon request.

Series REX 4000

A standard plugable terminal (like Phoenix or any other connector) is mounted with the other components on to the PCB. The side parts and a nd front are screwed to the PCB and slid into the box. The unit is ready. The wire part is then just plugged in. Modular enclosure for M36 DIN-rail. Series REX 4000 is designed for automations equipment and can be used with plugable terminals, D-subs or other kind of connectors in the front. Holes in the front and sides are available according to customers wishes.

Bernic are pleased to announce that we have entered in to agreement with ERNI/TE connectivity (TE Connectivity - Wikipedia)   to take over production and sales of their electronic  enclosure lines.

Bernic will make the  LDG-A  and LDG-S electronic enclosure lines available worldwide.
